WHAT ARE THE VALID FORMS OF PAYMENT?

We use Shopify Payment to receive our one-time purchase payments and Stripe for subscription, both platforms receive debit and credit payments from most cards.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TYPES AND TIMES?

In the cities where we offer FREE SHIPPING (Miami, New Orleans, Los Angeles, Orange County, Clearwater and the State of Texas) we have alliances with local logistics operators that deliver between 1 to 5 business days.

In cities that we do not have alliances of logistics operators we use Fedex and they deliver between 1 to 10 business days depending on the distance. When shipping the order, a tracking number or shipping guide code is provided where the customer can check the shipping status.

The cost of shipping where we do not have free shipping is: 10 USD for the first box and 5 USD for each additional box. The weight of the 500ml bottle box is 13 pounds and the 900ml bottle box is 26 pounds.

CAN I BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE STORE?

No. We do not have a point of sale or physical store. If you want to buy ZOÉ WATER in a physical store, you can send us your zip code by email: onlinestore@zoewaterusa.com and we will gladly guide you to see if there is a physical store near your location that sells our products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. You just have to inform us through our email onlinestore@zoewaterusa.com For more information about cancellations, see our Policy on exchanges, returns and refunds.

UP TO HOW MANY PRODUCTS CAN I BUY ONLINE?

You can buy an unlimited number of products, however, you may prefer to contact us directly for better sales conditions.
